Before commercial launch: confirm the seller’s legal status and applicable registration details, add the business telephone number, confirm VAT treatment and complete hosting contact and consumer mediation details.

Service and proposed terms

The checker is free. The planned paid product is one personalized PDF packet for one beneficiary: an official SSA-44 form populated with the information you provide, plus preparation guidance. It covers 2026 notices based on 2024 income after a work stoppage or reduction, within the questionnaire’s stated scope.

The proposed price is US $39, paid once. There is no subscription. This test version uses Stripe sandbox payments and does not collect real money. Final tax treatment and the total payable must be confirmed before real sales begin.

After a successful verified test payment, return to the site, provide the beneficiary details, review the information and generate the PDF in your browser. Download it before closing the page. If you choose to save an encrypted copy, your private recovery link allows downloading that copy for 90 days. Without a saved copy, your purchase can be recovered but questionnaire answers and beneficiary details may need to be entered again.

Check every entry before signing or submitting the form. We do not submit it to Social Security, represent you, or provide individual legal, tax or medical advice. Social Security decides eligibility, effective dates and any actual reduction. The estimate is not a guarantee of savings or approval. Each spouse needs a separate request.

There is a free official alternative: request a reduction directly with Social Security. IRMAA Fixer is independent and is not affiliated with Medicare or Social Security.

For access problems, corrections, complaints or payment issues, email support with your checkout reference. Do not email your Social Security number, signature, tax documents or private recovery link. These terms do not limit applicable statutory consumer rights. Consumer mediation information will be added before launch.

Proposed refund and cancellation policy

For the planned paid service, we propose a full refund on request within 14 days of purchase, including after downloading the PDF. There is no subscription to cancel and no physical item to return. This test version makes no real charges.

Request a refund or withdrawal by emailing valentin.cuenot@hotmail.com with your purchase date and checkout reference. A short message such as “I withdraw from my IRMAA Fixer purchase on [date], reference [reference]” is sufficient. You may also write to the seller’s postal address above. Include a way to contact you.

The proposed process is to refund eligible requests to the original payment method within 14 days of the request. Your bank’s processing time may affect when the credit appears. If you were charged twice or cannot access the purchased product, contact support so the problem can be resolved or an appropriate refund arranged. Applicable legal remedies remain available beyond this voluntary policy.

Privacy and data handling

Questionnaire answers and beneficiary details are processed in your browser to calculate the estimate and populate the PDF. Starting checkout temporarily stores a draft in this tab’s session storage to restore it after returning from Stripe. Closing the tab normally clears this draft. The site does not ask for your Social Security number or signature and does not accept tax document uploads.

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Our server verifies purchase status; questionnaire income answers are not sent to Stripe. Payment and support records may be retained as needed to deliver the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal recordkeeping obligations. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Saving a PDF copy is optional and requires your selection. If selected, your generated PDF is sent to our server and encrypted before private storage with Cloudflare. It contains the information you entered, including name, address, income and work-change details. Your private recovery link grants access: keep it secret. Saved copies become unavailable after 90 days. Automatic storage deletion may follow expiry rather than occurring at exactly the same instant. You can delete your saved copy earlier through the recovery page.

Processing needed for requested service delivery relies on performance of the contract; optional saved-copy processing relies on your consent, which you may withdraw by deleting the copy. Security and ordinary access logging support service protection. Cloudflare may process technical access data; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices. Provider processing may occur outside your country. We do not sell your questionnaire data or use it for advertising.

This version has no advertising or analytics scripts. Browser session storage is used for the checkout return and purchase access. Stripe’s checkout is governed by its own privacy and cookie notices.

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object where applicable, or withdraw optional storage consent. Rights are subject to applicable law and necessary identity verification. You may complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL). For browser-only answers, use Start over or close the tab to clear the local draft; support cannot retrieve answers that were never sent to the server.
